Dear Friends & Family,

As you all know, in just two weeks we will IY"H walk our Leora down the aisle for her marriage to our future son in law, Yakov Jacobowitz.  We look forward to dancing with each one of you, but whether or not you are able to attend, your warm wishes are definitely Misameach Chosson V’Kallah.

Chazal teaches us that whoever is Misameach Chosson V’Kallah is rewarded with five Kolos - Kol Susson, V’Kol Simcha, Kol Chosson V’Kol Kallah, Kol Mitzhalos Chassanim.

Those of you who have met Yakov and Leora know that their greatest simcha is being able to help another person.  So imagine their simcha, and the resulting bracha you will receive, if you join us in helping be misameach not just Yakov and Leora, but a minimum of FIVE orphans who are getting married that same week.

It recently came to our attention that during the week of Yakov and Leora’s wedding, Tov V'Chessed, headed by our Yedid Nefesh R' Yakov Eliezer Shisha, will be making 14 weddings for 14 yesomim, three of which are taking place the same night as our wedding.  We can't imagine a more fitting zechus for our new young couple than to help at least some of these orphaned new couples start off their married lives with dignity and peace of mind.

Tov V’Chesed covers the wedding night expenses of over 300 orphans annually. Each wedding costs an average of $8,000. It’s our honor to partner with them!

Please do what you can to help out with this tremendous cause. We are confident that we will all merit a joyous symphony of kolos that will accompany Yakov and Leora and all of us for the rest of our lives.
